Whether you’re heading to Disneyland Resort in California or Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, 2026 offers an inspiring mix of entertainment, food, art, and family fun.
Celebrate Soulfully at Disneyland Resort
Gospel Concerts at Downtown Disney
For the first time, the beloved Celebrate Gospel concerts take over the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage across two weekends:
February 20–21 and February 27–28.
Guests can enjoy Grammy‑winning performers including Bishop Hezekiah Walker and Yolanda Adams, along with community choirs from across Southern California — all without park admission.
New Heritage Trail Honouring Black Leaders
A brand‑new series of displays will debut across the resort, celebrating influential Black artists, innovators, and cultural icons. Look for tributes to figures like Leah Chase, Martha Blanding, and Floyd Norman as you explore areas from Frontierland to Hollywood Land.
Limited‑Time Soulful Food Offerings
Disneyland is rolling out special dishes inspired by Black culinary traditions, including:
- French Quarter Fried Chicken Bowl at Tiana’s Palace
- New Orleans BBQ Shrimp at Lamplight Lounge – Boardwalk Dining
These dishes are available January 30 – March 2.
Year‑Round Cultural Experiences

Celebrate Soulfully at Walt Disney World Resort
A Magical Kick-off at Magic Kingdom
TV personality Toya Johnson‑Rushing helped launch this year’s festivities as grand marshal of a special Main Street, U.S.A. parade, joined by Mickey Mouse and her daughter Reign. Guests can enjoy similar magical moments throughout February, including a visit to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
Black Artistry at EPCOT
The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts once again showcases the work of talented Black artists such as Yesenia Moises, Ryan Riller, Larissa Brown, and Mark Page. Guests can also enjoy the DISNEY ON BROADWAY concert series, featuring powerhouse performers from The Lion King, Aladdin, and more.
Rhythms of the Animal Kingdom
At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the celebration continues with:
- Viva Gaia Street Band
- Tam Tam Drummers of Harambe
These performances bring Caribbean and African rhythms to life throughout the park.
Specialty Food & Art at Disney Springs
Disney Springs offers limited‑time treats like:
- Soulful New York Cheesecake Pop at The Ganachery
- Wakandan Mousse at Amorette’s Patisserie
Plus, the Disney Springs Art Walk features stunning works by Black artists including Ernest Shaw, Nneka Jones, and Nardstar.
