Crafted Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.
1. Returns for Defective Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not function as intended, you may return it for a replacement or a refund.

Eligibility: The product must have a manufacturing defect or damage not caused by misuse.

Timeframe: Returns for defective products must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

2. Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for non-defective products under the following conditions:

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be processed within 3 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when initiating the return.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs.
Printed items such as t-shirts and mugs
These items are provided directly by a supplier, as such they have their own returns policy.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If there is an issue with an item you have received, please contact us directly so we can report a problem with the supplier before the item is sent back.
