Smuggler's Run New Location Revealed and New Crew Controls

Disney has announced a new location being added to Smuggler's Run at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort.
The newly added location, alongside the previously announced Bespin and the wreckage of the second Death Star over Endor, is Coruscant.
Beginning 22nd May 2026 you will be able to control the Millennium Falcon in ways like you have never been able to before. For the first time you will be in control of you own destination which will lead to different locations.
An additional new feature they are introducing is the capability for the crew in the engineers' positions to interact with Grogu.
These updates will be introduced concurrently with the upcoming film, The Mandalorian and Grogu. Disney, however, has announced that the storyline for Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run will follow a different narrative.
In the new storyline, you will be working for Hondo Ohnaka, who knows about a deal occurring between former Imperial Officers and a group of pirates. Your task is to track them down by piloting the iconic ship and partnering with Mando and Grogu.
We're thrilled about this new addition to the ride. While we already enjoy the current storyline, this will add more uniqueness for those who experience it multiple times. Are you as excited as we are?
